These days I think all managers in the professional leagues have to have all their certificates and other bits of paper to say they've been on all these courses. Don't think Brynjars quite done that yet unfortunately

Some do it on the job with FA discretion.

Well according to you and winchester_royal Adkins has had players in his last two jobs forced upon him so he obviously doesn't say "boo" to the board either.

Where do I start with this........

I'll just deal with the last bit. He was a bit part player for his entire career with us. One that was never considered good enough to hold down a first team place. He chipped in every now and then, and had a handful of memorable moments whilst he was here. Let's hope he can be that good as a manager ey :roll:

Or having had experience of an intervening board he has learnt how to deal with it.
