Any news on Moore? He's said ' he'll be back a soon as possible' - meaning days, weeks, months?

Meite back for Weds?

GetReading are saying it's an injury to the Plantar Fasciitis, which I believe may be tissue rather than the bone that GR refer to. If so, it's not great news. A study of elite athletes with this type of injury indicated a mean recovery time of 9.1 weeks. So, in a worse case scenario, we may not see Moore on the pitch again until 2021.

Well there's McIntyre's chance to make the position his own again.

Moore’s been in really good form this season so it’s a shame, but you’d hope we wouldn’t miss him too much with the options we have.

It's not just the quality of his play but also his leadership & strength of character that we will be missing. Not sure his likely replacements will be able to replicate that, particularly as they're relatively young and inexperienced.

Morrison can, former captain at Birmingham wasn't he?

It’s a tendon I think that runs across the bottom of the foot

If he’s torn it, yeah guess it’s next year for him. Painful one as well, be hobbling around for quite some time

It takes an awful lot for Liam Moore to go off injured. I expect it’s a bad injury.

Yeah, would expect Morrison to fill the leadership role. I think he was captain at Birmingham.

1: Morro is already a leader at the back. You can see his qualities there every week. Having 2 good quality leaders and defenders in Morro and Moore was fantastic but we shouldn't be worried about a leadership vacuum. Morro can handle it.

2: This is a bad injury given his form but McIntyre is ready. If anything CB is the one position on the entire pitch we can afford an injury. Gibson is supposedly hot shit too so we have adequate back up between him and Holmes. I'm not overly concerned.

Moore will be a last minute decision

Didn’t give too much away on Ejaria and Meite but he did mention that he’d rather have to wait another week rather than them suffering another relapse so not sure if we’ll see them for Saturday

Yeah so they were touch and go two weeks ago and still don’t appear to be fit.
Looks like another weakened side on Saturday then.

Even if they were really close and could just about play I’d definitely err on the side of caution with this one. It’s a game where even if we had all playing we are up against and longer injuries could completely derail our season. Give them the extra time to be fully fit. On the flip side, losing 4 on the bounce could equally have a detrimental effect going forward. Tough one.

They would also miss Millwall away on Wednesday

Might miss, surely ?
Being borderline for a game on Saturday morning gives you a decent chance of being fit for Wednesday evening I would think.
