Mr Optimist I can see his character and personality giving the team a much needed lift behind the scenes. It sounds as though Pauno may have been struggling to do this over the last couple of months from the mole’s comments.

I think it was just a case where the players had lost faith in Pauno, knowing that his ideas just weren't working for the team and we didn't have the belief that it was going to translate to results either and that was apparent with the fans as well. I think it was pretty much as simple as that, he's not a bad man, he's not a bad manager, he just didn't work with us eventually for whatever factors.

tidus_mi2 At least with his reputation as a midfielder maybe he won't stand for our midfield going missing and letting players just glide through unopposed.

Having met Paul on Celebrity Play Your Cards Right, Legendary light entertainer Bruce Forsyth changed his "Nice to see you to see you nice" catchphrase to "Ince to see you to see you Ince".
This is the only such occasion in a career that lasted over 70 years that "Brucey", as he was known to his friends, changed the words of his catchphrase.

Agree apart from him not being a bad manager.
