I know a few people think he's some sort of deep sleeper alt of one of the trolls.

But I don’t think any of them are smart enough to play that sort of long game.

Especially mainly on TB.

why not do both?

2000 fans mooning their arses at Colin (and the EFL) would be an apt farewell to this league.

Fair play to anyone who goes today. Don't think it'll be a fun one

I think it might be - those who are going will want to have fun.

Reminds me today of the last PL relegation and we went to Fulham first game afterwards and won 4-2 was a great day out.

Memories of that game away at Derby when we had no chance needing to win 7 or 8-0.
We went 4-0 up in no time but didn't push on.
That result when we did have a squeak of a chance when it dawned on us afterwards made the outcome even more disappointing that all the relegations combined IMHO.

I presume today will see quite a few of our youngsters who may never feature much in the future as in that other final game also at Derby (?) when IIRC Fosu and Stacey played and we got a surprise win so those that have tickets might travel in hope especially as with ourt final game at Bournemouth that time . after promotion, their players may well have been out on the lash since last Thursday.

I think the players just expected Fulham to lose to Portsmouth and a win was all they were thinking about. Not really goal difference.

Still remember poor Lita scoring the fourth and beginning a big celebration only for the crowd to just despondently clap gently because they'd heard Fulham were winning so it didn't matter.

Without checking Ian, I thought we scored our 4th quite a bit earlier than when Murphy got the winner for Fulham.
I may well be wrong about the timing but in our game we were so much on top all game that 8 wasn't really out of reach.

Mixing your goals up I think - we scored our third after 69 mins, so game was won and at that point we were safe. Murphy scored after 76 mins. Lita got our 4th in the 90th minute.

Our opening goal that day was the first we'd scored in 566 minutes of football.

Not to go all OMA "It's only a game" on you, but genuinely, why do you bother with football if it gives you so many negative emotions?

I had a good afternoon at Chesterfield yesterday so I am sure this will bring me back down to earth with a bump. I know it means oxf*rd all but I hope we can go out with a win.

Well done to those who did travel, it was a fairly decent atmosphere throughout actually, a bit of piss taking of the team and the situation. A bit shitty just after the whistle with the players clapping the supporters mind. Other than the result and performance, I guess it was a decent day out...
