SpaceCruiser Would I be right in thinking that Glenn Little played on the left wing? From the highlights, it looked that way.

No!

Oh and what is it with wearing a Liverpool shirt/scarf/coat/cap/badge in the away end. All on show last night. An eight year old kid with his grandad I'll let off, but 20 something men (and older) - you know who you are you looked like a dick.

Ok. It's just that Little was doing crosses in from the left for some of the goals and I wondered.

He went over to the left to take some free kicks.

Yep the bloke in the liverpool shirt waving the liverpool scarf was a
c o c k. Someone nicked his scarf and threw it forwards landing on my shoulder, oh how pleased I was to lash it even further forward then another bloke lobbed it forwards straight into a puddle and the bloke who owned it didn;t have the bottle to go and pick it up!! There is no excuse for opposing fans being in either ends in colours, they should be kicked out immediately - this is a pet hate of mine!

Glad to hear that Bikey had a decent game and it sounds like Oster is taking well to playing in the centre. I can't see Oster playing as one of two central midfielders for us in the league, but maybe if we play three in there at some point he'll be challenging Gunnarsson and Bikey for the spot.

From what I saw on the highlights I thought that Gunnarsson was exposed at centre half. He may have played quite well over the 90 minutes but too many of the goals saw him outpaced, easily turned or losing his man.

A positive performance from our second string through.

Yeah I saw it go flying towards the front. Was hoping someone had pissed on it, but a puddle will do. When he walked in he unzipped his coat to show his liverpool shirt to show all the Reading fans. Whats the point?? Suprised he didnt get more stick the cock.

Enjoyed the game, it was a good evening out.

Must say I enjoyed the Anfield experience again, my only previous visit being for an England game 5 years or so ago. We parked up in a school on a road just off the road which runs behind the Kop End; 6 quid I think it was, shared out between 5 of us wasn't too unreasonable as it was well stewarded and right near the ground. Fair play to the scousers, all of whom we came across (especially in the Arkells pub) were friendly, helpful, proud Liverpudlians who showed plenty of knowledge about Reading FC's current players. I am already looking forward to my next visit on Saturday week.

FS- You were pointed put to me last night, just to my right. I am going to stalk you now! The person who pointed you out said "there's FS" and i'm not joking but for 10 seconds i completely forgot that HNA exists and was looking for an black man possibly in his late 40's!!!

Was this first half or second? I got bored with my seat near the front first half so moved nearer the middle for a better view.

A few more opinions on the actual match itself. Disagree, unusually, with RG30 - I thought Gunnarsson had a fine game. De La Cruz and John Halls put in far more polished performances than we have seen from them so far and I must also hold up my hands and praise Graham Stack for the first time in my life for two or three excellent saves, particularly from a deflected effort in the first half. Stepehen Hunt and Shane Long did very little to show me that they deserve a starting place; both messed up clear cut chances when clean through, Shane's second touch for his chance was abysmal. Fair play to them both however for plugging away and Shane got the reward of a goal. Lita's work rate continues to please and I am glad he also got a goal. The unlikely central midfield partnership of Oster and Bikey didn't show themselves up either!

Are you saying that at Locomotive Moscow that he got booked in every single game he played for them?

Besides, he didn't get booked against Manchester United.
