Last season we achieved our dream
This season we're living the dream.

Match of the Day or The Championship?

Only joking. Last year's glow of satisfaction will never be repeated. It just kept getting better and better as the records fell, and the perfect season ended with the Captain's penalty to seal the all time points record. Honestly, for a "small club" how could it ever get better?

Well, maybe we won't always be a small club. Is it unreasonable to think a 40k ground and the huge new TV money (which will reduce the differences between the haves and have nots) might help move Reading ino a position to challenge for a Champion's League place in five years? Hosting clubs like Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich & Barcelona at the Mad Stad. Now that would be a new high.

RG30 I can understand why some people are dissulisoned in certain aspects (prices, kick off times) but for a club of our size and limited revenue to quite comfortably hold our own in the Premier League is fantastic, and we haven't resorted to spending huge sums of money.

You are John Madejski and I claim my £500!

Simple!

Championship teams and supporters are much more exciting than the premiership! I'm not saying the overall 'quality' of the football in the league is as good, but the general rivalry and support was much more fun!!!

Plus, i think we got the chance to play more exciting attacking football ourselves last year and despite what some numpties might say, to me i'd rather watch exciting attacking football than us grinding out results!
