Dirk Gently Did anyone else see the classic Kingsley moment today?

Walking along the lines shaking each players' hand, he gets to the last one (Routledge) and does the classic "pretend to shake then make rude gesture with fingers on nose" (I'm sure there must be a name for this - help me out here...)

To respond to your request for help, the action is to "cock a snook".

Old Kingsley was great. New Kingsley is gay.

What happened to the old Kingsley? I didn't notice the change but then again I don't go to watch Kingsley!

If I'm not mistaken, the old Kingsley appears in naked lion format in the pre-match warm-ups these days

IIRC he even ended up playing the the last quarter of the pre-season match at Bromley

could be wrong tho'

He's assistant kit man I think. Old King was quality. Used to go mad when we scored and the 'slide' on the old Coca-Cola logo was quality.

Spot on. The old Kingsley is Selby, now Ron Grant's apprentice.

He was much better than the rather camp successor, though the Routledge murk was very funny.
