jimmyboy (whufc) You were worthy of a point and I was particularly impressed with Kitson who had an excellent game.

The sending off was the right decision though, you can't go in two footed with studs showing and expect to stay on the pitch so the ref got that one right.

All the best for the rest of the season.

Spot on Jimmy. Agree with what you say.
Thanks for some sensible comments.

Daniella I try so hard to find something to like about west ham and their fans, but I find it impossible. Just reading through their forums they are the most deluded bunch of bitter fans in the world. The amount of sour grapes calling us " crap" and " only here for a point" is astonishing. On top of that the moaning which takes place on kumb would have you think they are in derby's position.
We were dominating until we had a man sent off, even after they they took an undeserved lead we rightly pegged them back. The last 10 mins they put the pressure on and created chances, but thats expected when you have to play most of the game with 10 men.
Upton Park as been a morgue this season..admitted by most of their forum, so surely they can't believe they are well supported anymore and use that as a childish weapon against everyone they play?

Respect to jimmy who made a fair post and sounds a decent hammer, but watching the game from aus last night with some other hammers I wonder how many of them actually follow football without their blinkers on?
One of them announced that mccartney was far better than shorey, and kitson is second rate and would be laughable in the england squad. It was quite fitting that hunt skinned McCartney more than once, shorey then played a delightful through-ball in which kitson, as usual...finished it. Couldn't of wiped the smirk off my face when that went in.

Also, solano is apparently the " most technical player west ham have had in their history", thats quite a praise.

Can't argue with the sending off, stupid tackle and had to go. If we would of had eleven men for that game, we'd of come home with 3 points.

And not only that but I thought Curbishley was very grudging in his comments about Reading. Not an exact quote but something like:

"Credit to Reading for fighting back, but I could only see them scoring from a dead ball situation, which they did"
