Rosenior--------Pearce-------Bikey--------Armstrong

Kebe-----------Karacan---------Harper--------S Hunt

I don't like Harper but whilst Marek's injured I'd go with him ahead of Cisse. Ingimarsson is passed it, and Kebe gets the nod over the inexperienced Henry.

Doyle already looks like he needs a rest which is worrying. Lita just shades it whilst Noel Hunt has to start.

Yep, Long's arrival on the pitch on Saturday made us look a little bit like a team! He looks like he wants the ball which is more than Lita or Doyle. Kelly, well, he's worth a look at again after tonight, he couldn't be any worse than LR. I will expect a few changes this weekend, and I think this is what it will look like!!

You heard it here first!

Doyle so needs a goal... he has zero confidence atm... who boots the bollocks off the ball when taking a pen ?

Should have played against Lutton in my eyes.

Im a fan of Kebe - have been since first seeing him. Sure he may try to beat 1 to many, but he put a dangerous ball in front of goal last week, and Doyle scuffed it...

Not sure you'll see Armstrong start this weekend.

He signed yesterday and flew back to Sheffield to "tie up some loose ends" and I assume will fly back down today to his new digs and possibly catch a training session, but more that likely he'll have only Thursday and Friday to train with his new team mates.

Hahnemann

Rosenior
Ingimarsson
Sonko
Hunt

Kebe
Cisse
Harper
Convey

Doyle
Lita

Noel Hunt not yet quite ready as he only scored in every start this season, Armstrong hasn't settled in yet, Mooney needs to be at the club for 2 years before being considered for the subs bench, Pearce needs to go out on loan again not ready, Karacan is not ready yet you have to be at least 25 before you make it from the youth set up, Henry is not yet ready for first team action despite scoring in every start this season, and Matejovsky is 'not upto speed', despite being the most gifted player in the squad by some way.

Sonko is NOT suspended, so:

I'd like:
USA

LR (Murty if fit)
Pearce (captain)
Sonko
Armstrong if ready, Shunt if not

Henry
Bikey (Cisse if not ready)
Marek (Karacan if not fit)
Shunt (Convey if Armstrong not ready)

Doyle
N Hunt

Subs: A-Fed, Ingi, Kelly, Kebe, Lita

Henry, Pearce and Noel have to start after last night. Pearce was shouting more than Duberry, so I think he could captain. I know it's early, but we don't have many alternatives. I also think Karacan has to be ahead of Harper and I've said so since we went down. That's a great team and one that could push Birmingham.

We'll get:

USA

LR
Sonko
Ingimarsson
Shunt

Kebe
Harper (captain)
Cisse
Convey

Doyle
N Hunt.

Subs: A-Fed, Pearce, Kelly, Long, Lita.

That team won't push Brum.

Anyone that thinks Coppell is going to jettison half the team off the back of the Charlton game is dreaming I'm afraid.

The same back 4 kept 2 clean sheets before that so he's not going to change it too much on the basis of 1 game and they will get the chance to redeem themselves this week. If the back 4 does stay the same (IE Armstrong dosn't come straight in) then i believe the same midfield 4 will also get one last chance as well.

Only change i can see is Hunt in for Lita or Doyle up front and Armstrong replacing Kelly on the bench.

Hope for:

USA

Rosenior
Bikey
Pearce
Armstrong

Henry
Harper
Karacan
SHunt

Lita
NHunt

Expect:

USA

Rosenior
Sonko
Ingi
Armstrong

Kebe
Cisse
Harper
SHunt

Doyle
Lita

One change from the team that played awfully against Charlton.
Simply because we signed a LB.
Still, hopefully SC will pick closer to my 'hope team'.

Who else do we have?
Matejovsky injured, and can you really imagine a Cisse-Karacan partnership in midfield?
Or even Cisse-Bikey?
Bikey-Karacan?

We have nobody to replace him.

Pearce and Cisse at the back, Bikey and Karacan in midfield.

Problem solved.

I think that sounds about right, though I'd like to see Cisse dropped as I don't really rate him very much, he kept giving the ball away with his poor first touch. Karacan should come in for him, he was impressive last night.

At the end of the Duberry out for 4 weeks article on OS, Coppell says Armstrong must fight for his place.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the same 11 that started at Charlton start at Palace. :x
