Some are already stalking their prey from the seats in the 3 Guineas as we speak!

You guys!

Far too large a haul considering the poor quality and utter transparency of the bait.

Agreed!

Up at Molineux I thought the Wolves fans were as described for the first five minutes. Then, for some reason, the home crowd went quieter than the Madjeski and stayed like that. I could understand their quiet towards the end of the match, there were hardly any home fans left in the ground.

I was highly unimpressed with their home support considering some of the drivel that their fans and people like FineRain spout.

Drunken Wolves Fans in Town

by Thames » 27 Jan 2009 13:49

I work in town and Wolves fans have already started arriving. There is a group of about 40 Wolves fans in The Hope Tap singing Wolves songs and they look abit drunk to be fair.

There's quite a few outside the Three Guineas as well and what looks like thier "hooligan element" in Varsity.

Anyone get the impression we could be out-sung at the ground tonight? I think its gonna be a tasty atmosphere, lets get behind the boys!!

FiNeRaIn I am urging readings fans to take note tonight, you'll be seeing one of the divisions top away followings. Expect them to be;

Moody
Loud
Agressive
Original
Pissed up
Uncooperative with stewards and police.

All the attributes that equate to a top away following. Maybe one day we might have a quality away support like this?

some other attributes as demonstrated in the photo below:

Pessimistic
Prepared
Ugly

Yep - but remember we have the other half of the south stand - that should count for someth........... oh - well I suppose at least they are only going to be 50% as loud than what they could have been.

Moody because they haven't had any off their sister in days
Louder on the train than they will be in the stadium
Agressively bashing one off over McCartheys hooter at half time.
Originally from Birmingham
Pissed up after one can of shandy
Uncooperative with stewards and police when asked to stop licking each other

All the attributes that equate to a top away following. Maybe one day we might have a quality away support like this?

Mr Optimist You forgot to add that most of them will be dressed like "an Australian's nightmare".

"Original" is always the stick with which crowd-watchers (as opposed to those of us who watch the action on the big bit of grass at the front) try to beat you into submission. Show me a chant - not a song such as Delilah, Blue Moon or Goodnight Irene - that isn't derivative of another as used by dozens of clubs.

The only original thing any Wolfcub could possibly come up with tonight would be if they are members of the Southern Supporters club...

Aaaah-ooooh, we are Wolves of London...(with apologies to W.Zevon).

Sounds more like they won't be occupying all the seats allocated to them....
The Tangos will have a field day refusing them entry.

Alan Partridge
FiNeRaIn I for got to add proud and arrogant to that list, two more great qualities in any support.

They aren't here to make friends boys, they are here to win a football match.

ALOL

Right .......so being proud and arrogant really helped when Leeeeeeeeeeeroy hammered a hat-rick past them for Norwich this season.
