Gordons Cumming Reported on Radio Berkshire this morning that he may be on his way.

Jan Hose Earthquakes maybe his destination.

Good memories of him? Will you miss him?

Nice lad. Part of Reading's best ever team. Will be fondly remembered.

Cheers for the memories Bobby!

Someone I really hoped would shine in the Premiership, gutted his injury problems / confidence have restricted him so much in the last couple of years.

If he is going, then the memory of seemingly waiting for ages for him to score that goal against Millwall after he passed the last defender in the centre circle will stay with me forever. My favourite RFC goal.

Wycombe Royal It's a shame he only had one good season, but I think that is more down to persistent injury problems than any lack of ability.

He will also be missed at the RBH, where he used to (and may still do) make regular visits to the chidrens ward. 12 months ago when my son was a patient there Convey came over to see us, whilst Kitson just stood in the aisle looking like he didn't want to be there.

Likewise I saw Convey visiting the RBH and he appeared to show a genuine interest in the patients he spoke to. I thought at the time that he was being an excellent ambassador for the club.

Class player for one season, and looked good before his injury in the top flight.

What does he have in common with Zinidine Zidane?

Nope.

Last opposition players to touch the ball before it went into Gigi Buffon's net in the 2006 WC. Only two goals to go in past him during that campaign, excluding penalties in the shootout.

She quite often sat next to my daughter in the UW during the last promotion season. To be honest she isn't that good looking, the effect is created by about a lorry load of make up (which explained why she never smiled - in case it all cracked off).

aawwww gutted.

well done th ebobster for everything, thanks for th ememories dude

gutted you never consistently reproduced the form of 05/06-despite being our leading assister in th eprem season till you got injured-never really recovered-though despite that, always one of my favourite players

some of the goals, and crosses you provided that season were truly awesome, and youll have the freedom of our fair town whenever you return

Some of his wing play and goals in the Championship season were incredible. Obviously something has gone very wrong for him in the last year or so, always remember him being a bit of a loner outside of the club and perhaps a bit home sick. Hopefully he can head back to the States and find an MLS club to play for.

Thanks Bobster

Such a huge shame. Really had potential to be such a good player and showed it in fits and spurts. Really hope everything goes well for him. Was such a key player in the 05-06 season, just glad to have seen some of the skill he produced that season. Goal he scored against Burnley away still one of my favourite goals ever.

Thank you Bobster.

Great for 1 season, total gash the rest of the time.

Good luck to the guy probably the best thing for all involved.

Such a shame. I always thought that when he'd got over his injury troubles that he'd be knocking on Hunts door for the left wing spot..looks like it never happened for him. Will always remember him playing the ball off the corner flag at Wolves away 05/06
