Rev Algenon Stickleback H playing crap isn't "bottling it". Bottling it is throwing it away because of nerves and being unable to handle the pressure. We just lost form and ideas, and too many just got sloppy.

So we did bottle it then?

Play Offs = Pressure Matches

we've been poor since Southampton beat us. A bit of confidence carried us over the line for a while despite some less than terrific performances, but once that confidence left us, we were running on empty.

We completely lost our shape, and our game plan, and stopped playing as a team. If you do it for a few games when the pressure is on, that's bottling it. When you do it for several months, there's something rather deeper going on.
