We’ve had better players, we've had more consistent players, we’ve had longer-serving players. But in twenty years as a fan, I’ve never loved a player like I loved Bikey.

Even if it’s not with us, I hope you get a chance to show the world how great you could be, you beautiful f*cking headcase.

It's difficult not to have the utmost respect for someone who must easily be the largest man ever to complete a successful somersault on a sports field.

Far too good for us IMHO

And far far too good for Burnley. If he doesn't get suspended for 20 games this season I reckon he'll be playing with the big boys this time next year.

Obviously totally oxf*rd mental though.

If burnley got him , he must be good , cos they've seen the worst of him and still want to purchase...

A very decent player, a tad over rated on here due to him being so different to our other CB's, he could pass it and looked like a footballer. I said to floyd as Reading were slumping to defeat at Middlesbrough, within a year Bikey would be better than Sonko, I know who i'd rather have now!

Capable of occassional brilliance, and occasional madness, cult hero.

Best of luck you massive great good old boy.

Sad times. We now need to sign a massive hard as fuck black man as a matter of some priority.

If only he could keep his head. One of my all time fav's dispite his limited appearances. He made it look too easy. Mad as a box of frogs tho!

Good luck Bikey, no-one begrudges you the move, we just all wished you'd have fulfilled your potential with us.

And now your in Burnley you'll have to go back to sleeping with a pistol under your pillow :D

At 24 and with the raw attributes that he's got, I have no doubt in my mind that Bikey could go on to play for a top European club. If only he could become consistent and treat every game as if it was the biggest game of his life. I'm genuinely gutted that we've sold him because he has the potential to be a really special player. All the best at Burnley SAB.

Farewell Andre you crazy fool, you never quite fulfilled your potential here due to you being an absolute nutter, but thanks for the laughs. It's been fun, you've tried to kill medics and done your best Hulk Hogan impression in the playoffs, made us sit in awe at your ability and frustrate us at other times with your petulance, but you've never been boring. Thank you for putting the final nail in Coppell's coffin, I will be eternally grateful for that and perhaps if you'd been included in more games the previous season then we would have stayed up given the excellent points return in the games which you and Marek started in the same team.

Good luck at Burnley, maybe you can buy Robbie Blake some nice new pants and kiss and make up with him.

I thought we agreed to draw a line in the sand during the 'Harper' thread.

Please move on, it's getting boring.

One of the most emotional players ever for reading

my personal favourite (cant remember the team or player) was in his first season with us, a player was hassling him down the wing... kept hacking away at his shins... bikey stopped (forgetting the ball as it rolled on) and pretty much threw him at the advertising board.... classy :)

Any of cause beating up a St.John ambulance at the cup or nations..... we have all wanted to at some point :)

My only regrate is i wont be able to see Joey Barton have a hissy girl fit at him this season and bikey knock that muppet out :)
