Pablo Doncaster have been beaten in their last three matches, so are currently enduring their longest losing run of the season. Should be easy 2day

Royal_Delight Reading Team (4-2-3-1): Federici; Griffin, Bertrand, Ingimarsson (c), Mills; Gunnarsson, Karacan; McAnuff, Kebe, Howard; Long
Subs: Hamer, Khizanishvili, Pearce, Davies, Church, Rasiak, Thorvaldsson
Great to see Davies on the bench

I see that McDermott is making the same mistake as Rodgers with substitutes.
Why have we got two centre backs and three strikers on the bench but no defensive midfielders or wingers?
Tabb and Robson-Kanu should be on the bench instead of Pearce and one of the strikers.
