Scott Davies isn't a bad free kick or corner taker from what I've seen of him playing for us and Wycombe. More "one for the future" though.

I was going to mention Davies for free kicks, his goal against arguably the best goal keeper in the world in our pre-season friendy was top class. Also James Henry takes a top class corner as he proved in his limited performances for the first team.

Not sure about both these players all round games but their set peices are top class.

Uncle Andy
SWLR Hicks vs Chelsea.
If there were no net and Town End, it would still rising as it went past Woodley.

Rubbish - it never moved more than an inch off the ground

I agree it never moved more than inch by the time it hit the net, but if you check the video and measure the angle of the ball and extrapolate out to Woodley (assuming no net, Town End etc) I estimate it would have risen to around 50 feet off the ground.. and still rising.

OK still rubbish

Nicky Shorey and Mark White both had a sweet left foot.

Caskey and Sig would be right up there.

Free kicks: Caskey without a doubt. (Can anyone who saw him come on against Bournemouth specifically to take the free kick really say that they didn't expect him to score?)

Penalties: Always difficult to forget the misses, but Jimmy Quinn was as good as most (although Les Chappell wasn't far off)

^^^(obviously IMHO)
