Wise words from Harper.

lolz at the less wise words from Shunt

Winger Stephen Hunt also praised the new recruit saying: "Jimmy looked promising when he came on.

"I haven't seen much of him to be honest, but it was a nice introduction away at Everton.

"I only saw him in training for the first time on Friday because I was away on international duty with Ireland.

"He looks positive and is very fast, but John Oster played well in the position too."

Somebody on Wikipedia It is believed that Jimmy Kebe is going to appear on the 35 man shortlist for the Fifa World player of the Year 2010 after many Fifa representatives, including Sepp Blatter, turned up to the meeting singing 'We're only here for the Kebe'.
 :)

Kebe became a cult figure for many Reading fans during the latter half of the 2009/10 campaign as a result of a spectacular turnaround in form leading to Jimmy terrorising defences with his pace and newly found eye for goal. Always an enigmatic figure, a mythology has grown around 'The Kebe', with many Berkshire residents planning to claim Kebeism as their religion for the purposes of the 2011 census of England and Wales. On the 25th March 2010, in an interview with GMTV's Ben Shepherd, Jimmy divulged that he planned to run for election in his native Mali, under the slogan 'the future's bright, the future's blue and white, the future's Kebe'. Royals maybe concerned as the election campaign may prevent Kebe from attending the clubs pre-season tour of Swindon.

If he signed a two and a half year deal then it's up in the Summer.

Is this correct?

Having been slated by many Reading fans, Jimmy responded by superbly scoring at the home FA cup tie vs West Brom in 2010, scoring the fastest FA cup proper goal ever in 7seconds, which is coincidentally Jimmy's average 100m sprint time. From then on Kebe has shown incredible tekkers to help push Reading in a late surge for a promotion place.
