Please refer to Mr Angry's post above.

Squad is very weak as a result of crap business management..

Given our income, how good should our squad be?

We have an income that's at best average for this division, yet for some reason you and loads of other lemmings queue to jump off the cliff of stupidity in assuming anything less than a promotion-chasing squad is failure.

I can't say I'm utterly thrilled about the fact that out squad is weaker than it used to be, but that's the reality of the situation - get used to it.

Really - "small club overachieves then comes back down to earth a few years later" - it's not exactly a first in the world of football.

In terms of club generated revenue (ie not a sugar daddy injecting wads of cash) we're more than average for the division.

Our squad should be balanced and competitive but it's not. The reason it's not is because of the errors made 3 seasons ago that saw us relegated because we didn't improve our side and instead collected poor squad players that we didn't need and didn't use.

But it could be balanced by the end of the day.

How are we more than average? Our crowds aren't more than average, and I doubt our commercial income is more than average either.

What is this income you believe exists that makes us a club who outght to be promotion challengers, up there with clubs pulling 20,000+ every game?
