Terminal BoardomMan Friday The question is Do Reading fans really deserve a succesful football club? I'd be surprised if there was a more negative, critical, moany lot than Reading "fans" anywhere in the world. In my view, the Club (its players, staff, management) deserve a better set of fans!
Stop watching them then![]()

Then you need to get out bit more, mate.
By that I mean try having a look at other clubs' discussion boards.
Reading fans are little different from any others.
The opinions on most sites mirror ours, in that some fans actually idolise so and so because he wears the club's shirt, and will support so and so if he is caught drink driving, gang raping, or whatever.
Others take a far more pragmatic view, and look at so and so and comment solely about what he does on the pitch.
I believe that I heard several thousand scousers booing their team about 9-30 last night............

southbank1871 Can I be the first to say well done to WoodleyRoyal for cleverly starting a h8 campaign against Mills so that he'd be so fired up he'd score the winner against Everton. I thought WR was pretty dense and a bit of a cock, but I now see what he was up to.

The Real Sandhurst Royal A great captains performance by Matt Mills supported by a great team effort.
McDermott if we were that organised all season at the back we would have won the league.

WoodleyRoyal If a player is watching from the stands for four matches because of being suspended, or shattering a youngsters confidence by abusing them on the pitch, or pissing off thousands of fans is..... utter gash in my book! don't know about yours.

Terminal Boardom Funny though that Mills turns it on when the TV cameras are there. Liverpool last season, Leicester and Everton this. What the team have done is shown what they are capable of. It is up to them to replicate that sort of performance week in week out.

3 veesinarowColin Cheeselog Anybody who thinks one incident of Mills kicking the ball accurately from 12 yards outweighs his 2 years of being an utter intolerable cnut are probably retarded.
I am, however, both pleased and surprised that he didn't hoof it as hard as possible in the wrong direction.
I can't even raise a LOl at someone who thinks that anyone having an opposing view to his own must be retarded. Cod-superiority to that degree is to be pitied. I respect your opinion not to like Mills, but I defend anybody's right to take the opposite view and not be insulted. It reduces your comment to worthless. Try a grown-up view and conduct a rational conversational debate.
