Row Z Royal Sounds like McCarthy was probably MOTM on the radio.
He was very good but actually only had to make one difficult save (which he did, superbly).
Remarkable they didn't work him more, full credit to our aged, slow, useless back four

Well that just sums up supporting Reading !! a superb performance all round, however there has to be special words of praise to McCarthy, Zurab, Liegertwood and our goalscoring captain Matt Mills he led from the front and handled everything that Everton threw in the box...............please no Mills slating after that perfromance. MoM display from him.

Fantastic team effort...but Mills, Leighterwood and McCarthy really shone brightly tonight. The save McCarthy made was the game. But I really can't find fault with anyone from what I saw. The back 4 were rock solid and we were disciplined, keeping our shape the whole game.
