southbank1871 I'll always love Jimmy Kebe, but he is a lazy pcunt and has barely tracked his man at all in the first half. Cummings is shit, but he's getting no help at all.

This is horrible horrible stuff.

TBH he got closer to Gibbs for the first goal than Cummings did to Podolski for the second.

ManchesterRoyals
genome 4-2-3-1 worked well for me on Football Manager with this squad, I'm going to suggest it to Brian.

I'm deadly serious.

Yeah me too but i sold Gorkks and Ledge on a free

Thats the solution

Spirit of Elm Park Gary Neville just called us 'sad'.

Enuff said.

He also used my current favourite phrase "It's just too easy".

I'm not talking blocking crosses, I'm talking working hard and tracking his man.

I don't think anyone in a Reading shirt wants to be there tonight. If they can't get excited and passionate about playing in the Prem then they don't deserve to play.

Field the U21 squad and see how much those lads WANT to play.

no changes at half time. Gooding is saying that they have put Jobi in the middle, and hunt is out on the left.

RobRoyal Personally I feel bad for Bristol Rovers. There's a stadium record on the line here.

Which record is this?

genome Hugh Moxon on Twitter: "Unfortunately Reading this is what happens when a bunch of Championship players play in the Premier League."

Greg Matthews on Twitter: "What on earth Everton were playing at when they gifted this awful Reading team their only win this season I really don't know."

@ Greg Matthews: We only play against half decent sides, Everton we're considered one of those. I do think they went for a pissup in the Upsidown before hand though

First game back so I'm trying to find a positive. And he had to track his man (badly) to (not) get close enough to (try to) block the cross.

But in general, yeah, it's been pretty poor. But we've just got holes everywhere, harsh to single out Kebe.

Mate's just texted that this is probably one of the worst performances he's ever seen from a Premiership side.

Almost 0-4.

Will probably finish 0-3. No need for the Arsenal to put much effort in. Come to think of it, 2nd gear for them will mean slaughtering this team.

FAO The Team Board

Gallows humour: can be an effective way of dealing with disappointment. OK, with a disaster. If funny.
