Gunny Fishcake Sh*te...89 minutes before a shot on target

Wasn't it a header?

Still dont worry folks all the figures will be released by the clubs owners soon enough, or not.

Except exceptional items, like Mc D's pay off.

No doubt laughing at the way he stitched the club up when he signed Akpan and Blackman when we needed PL quality players to keep us up.

Yeah, 'cos every manager's purchase is a rock-solid one without risk isn't it? Especially in the bargain basement. Perhaps he was planning for the future. This is the man who found Kebe, Long and Doyle. By the way, Adkins' purchases haven't turned out so great have they.

I dunno, Danny Williams looked pretty stunning yesterday. Got him for the same amount of money as was spent on Blackman as well :!:

Planning for the future when we needed players for the present? That was one of the reasons why in the end he lost his job. Taking a chance with bargain basement purchases (but they weren't exactly cheap) when we needed far better.

And, other than the fact they have been hit by injuries, Adkins purchases look to have been pretty good. By all reports Williams made a massive difference yesterday and would anyone suggest that Bridge was a bad signing. Baird has also been acknowledged by most as a good signing. All were they type of player that we needed to be signing last season.
