Zip We were the better side. Another away game where we have come from behind. Shame about Derby. Still it’s in our hands. Two successive home games up next. We need to make them count.

Yep only saw the second half but far the better side. Barnsley weren't in it
Pretty decent amount of effort too

Snowflake Royal  That looked a certain goal. Unbelievable block from McIntyre. Talk about nearly throw it away. Where the oxf*rd was Swift in support of McIntyre on the totally free guy back post

Yep unbelievable (although not really I guess!) that we should present them with a chance to win in the closing seconds
Superb from TMac

Assuming Rahman comes back into the side on Tuesday night does TMac get dropped?

As usual, eliminate the ridiculous defending and we'd be fine.

Should have destroyed a shit relegation-bound team but that'll do.

Hard to see where the change is. Morro has the experience and did well. Holmes had a really good game. McIntyre has done well out of position.

If anything, Yiadom played worst.

Holmes, Morro, McIntyre, Rahman can't be an option, surely?

Yes where the f**k was he for their goal. Did we have anyone at left back?

Not knocking him, did ok when it's not his main position but we need Rahman there desperately.

EDIT: Just realised you mean who plays central between him and Holmes. Ok.

He was moving to pick up someone inside, and Ejaria was nowhere supporting him, meaning he was trying to cover two. And you always go for the more central player in that scenario until the ball is played.

Yeah not really knocking TMac for doing anything hugely wrong in the moment, more that a dedicated LB would be better. I realise Zip means who plays central though.

Big but worth noting Derby are up against Swansea next Saturday then Fulham at home and QPR away. So three tough games for them.

QPR have imploded, but hopefully it won`t matter.

Maybe leave the back four unchanged then and see how it goes v Stoke.

Third successive game we have scored in the final 15 minutes. That’s been worth four points. Crucial and encouraging.

Well played Reading, one-way traffic in the second half, that curling shot from Swift real class. The game really turned with the departure of the hapless Ejaria who in my opinion is playing in a league above his ability, well done Ince ifor correcting the weakness.

Just seen the last gasp chance for Barnsley, it was no big deal, Tom mac was just where he should have been with a routine block, it wasn`t as if he had to throw himself in from of the player.

Well pleased with a point and it was never going to be pretty. Looking forward to the next 2 games and what I’d give to see us win by 2 clear goals. Not sure why but all our games seem to have lots of added on time.

Exactly it wasn't like we were majorly lucky. TMac was where he should have been, the striker snapped at it and it hit him.

We had about 6 shots like that that hit a defender being where they should have been.

Just got home (obvs don’t live in Reading) absolute scenes when we scored made hard work of it again should have won it with our second half performance despite nearly throwing it away at the death in true Reading fashion ! Special mention to Drinkwater who again got embarrassingly booed before the game when the teams were read out. Thought he worked tirelessly breaking up play and putting his foot in, I know Laurent scored the all important goal but Drinkwater was far better over the 90 minutes. Ejaria was awful just no end product did we really pay 3 mill for that? Also worst game I’ve seen from Joao just Anonymous couldn’t hold it up or win a single ball. Ince will be a big miss against Stoke it’s not just his attacking intent he chases back to tackle and challenge
