RobRoyal This is probably the 5th day this season I've seen someone post that we've watching McD's last 45 or 90 mins. No reason to think you're any less wrong than the rest.

Rob if he isnt wrong, we are well and truly screwed. We are probably going down, but at least we should go down fighting and screaming. At the moment the players and the manager dont look like they give a monkeys. The only three players who look bothered was Jobi, McCleary (who clever McD has taken off) and Samuel.

mathematically_safe Not sure SJM or AZ will sack him... i wonder if he'll resign on the coach on the way back?

Wonder whether the players will even let him back on the coach!

SPARTA Wally Downes leaves West Ham by mutual consent tonight. Big Sam very disappointed to lose him...

Maybe just maybe SJM has got on the blower to Sir Steve who has got on the blower to Wally...

We just need him out. They are not playing for him now. Awful night. No quality or confidence. SJM and Anton have to get rid.

More likely he's coming back as a defensive coach working with BM.

Swapping West Ham for the same role here, in the Championship? Perhaps back as manager is more realistic.

A reasonable move would be to ask Coppell to do an interim job until the end of the season.

No it wouldn't.

Fresh ideas are needed. McDermott is just Coppell mk. 2.

Feel really sorry for him but he has shown himself to be completely and utterly out of his depth and the fairest thing is to put him out of his misery before he suffers any more humiliation.

Under Coppell we played some of the best football I've seen in 25 years. He was too loyal, but he will have learnt from that.

Sounds exactly like Brian to me.

There are no Little's, Sidwell's or Doyle's in this squad.

Hoddle for me.

Lol, or more like walked over, applauded the people that made the effort, felt a bit shitty for them, then went off to think about the Arsenal game.
