Royal Lady I'm sorry, but I don't accept the excuse of "tiredness" - they're professional bloody athletes - they shouldn't be "tired" after playing a game on Saturday with only 10 men for the best part of it. Thank heavens we're not still in the Carling Cup and never progress much in other cup games.

Royal Lady I'm not a professional bloody teacher.
I'm obviously in the minority here and I'll take my berating like a woman, but I just think citing tiredness as a reason for not performing well, when they've had 3 days between games is unprofessional.

Handsome Man I am a professional teacher, and I spend the whole time feeling that people have already been sent off from my team

The only reason they can play a normal game is because they're professional atheletes. Add a significant increase in workload for a game 3 days before and it's common sense tiredness could be a problem.
By that arguement, you're a professional bloody teacher and should be able to cope with an increase in your class size of an additional 5 students for a week and still provide exactly the same quality of teaching in the week after, as the week before they were there. Never going to happen is it? Because the b'stards will have ground you down.
