The Goat was fed Bugger off Celtic - as far as I'm concerned he'd be moving from a Championship side to a Championship side if he went to Celtic.

Would be a step down, but if he can get 20 goals in the Championship he can get 50 in the SPL.

Shane Long will NEVER, EVER get 20 goals in the Championship

Mr Angry What worries me about the whole "Long to Everton" story is that it seems to me to be what I would describe as an "Agents" story; nowhere are there any direct quotes from Moyes or Everton that they are even looking at Shane, just the fact that someone from Everton's backroom team watched the Leeds v Reading game the other night (they could just have easily been looking at Gradel for example - after all, Everton brought Beckford from Leeds last season...). For this reason, allied to the £6M price tag (which is the supposed price which, if offered, would allow Shane to move on) suggests a story planted to a friendly journo by Shanes agent.
Any one know if Shane's agent is the same guy who is Stephen Hunt's agent?
