I know it has been said a million times already but Blackman is utter shite, I dont think he did one thing of note the whole game.

Holt was fooling Dean all game with his diving bullcrap. But ultimately we've blown our own foot off with a 12guage in the first few moments of the second half by apalling defending. We gave Norwich confidence when they'd been second best for most of the first half by a mile and we fell apart. Stopped playing decent short passing football and started hoofing it forward again.

I think the signs are there. He and the team will be all the better (though it may not feel it now) for this period of adjustment. I would imagine Adkins already knows what's required for next year, and it's now all about getting the right fits for the various holes throughout the squad.
McDermott take Leeds to his first defeat to Birmingham and the fans are already slating him despite 2 wins before that
