Just spoke to the Bundesliga expert in the office, he was a bit nonplussed. Can apparently perform any defensive role, but got dropped from a relegation threatened team and nothing special, thinks he'll be adequate for this level though. Thought the £2m bandied about was too much!

Beginning to think Charles Watts has real contacts in or around the club, whereas you always got the impression Jonny was repeating stuff from here. Not sure how popular Mr Watts will remain with the club hierachy if he keeps ferreting out little tit bits.
