Is Liam Moore officially a backup? McIntyre didn't put a foot wrong tonight

Oh and I forgot how bad the refs are at this level.

Just Reading’s fourth midweek away league win since April 2014, and all four wins have come away at teams beginning with B (Burton, Birmingham, Blackburn and now Bristol). Let’s hope Barnsley and Brum are on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Westwood52 Two fortunate goals and a few iffy individual performances. However Yids and Rino were excellent. The loanees were all poor;although to be fair Semedo did win a lot in the air.Another Ejaria screw up.It looks as if it is going to take time for Puskas to get up to speed.

I like Semedo at CDM. He wins us a lot of fouls and he's a decent defender.

tidus_mi2 welp, McNair is gonna be suspended for Boro against us.

Warnock has already said he is over turning it, doesn’t think it was a foul.

Comfortable night, bit more composure and would have been 4 or 5. Never in any danger.

Only slight grumble is not making changes at say 70 min mark. Game was done, save the legs a bit.

Chance on Saturday now to pretty much put Boro to bed, though our recent record against them is shocking.

Does Warnock decide these things?

Hound Ratings

8 Joao McIntyre Morro

I'd give Semedo 8 too. Barely put a foot wrong. Best praise I can give him is we didn't miss Laurent.

+1

I don’t know how either goals were fortunate for a start. Free kick played in, Joao control and scores. Morro runs through their defence and amazing assist from Joao puts Morro through and he dinks the keeper.

Loanees were poor? Esteves was fine, could’ve scored 2 goals on another night. Semedo probably had his best game for us.

Another Ejaria screw up? Ok so he didn’t make the most of a decent chance, it happens, we were 2-0 with a few minutes to go didn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things at all.

And home games against a resurgent Derby and Watford after that.

I don`t think the SKY commentator mentioned at all that we were without Josh Laurent tonight. Let`s hope he is available for Saturday.

Playing his natural position.

No game time for Aluko again.

Esteves is far from the finished product. Going to be a top level player.

Pace on the wings makes such a difference.

Holmes and McIntyre are going to make a formidable partnership in the future.

Hound Almost certainly the easiest game we’ll get all year. Just what we needed after the last 2, but we’re still missing far too many chances

Anyway good display overall against a monstrously bad side. Nice to see Puscas back. McIntyre and Morro superb again. Nice goal and assist for Joao. Everyone did pretty well. Not too much else to say

Yeah agree with all of this. We are not clinical at the moment but it didn’t matter in the end.
TMac is rapidly becoming my favourite player. I love the at he runs forward with the ball, his brilliance in the air and his thumping challenges.
