koran Are we the featured game on The Championship tomorrow does anyone know? Should be given the importance of the game but we were featured game last week so I'm not sure.

In order to be the featured game on The Championship, ITV have to have all of their cameras, OB Unit and presenter there. Extremely unlikely given Sky were covering the game live!!

Think you have your answer.

Will Rosenior be the first player to be fined half a week's wages for dissent?

But they usually show longer highlights of the sky games - we should at least see the Doyle overhead kick and some of Henry.

Thank you Avon Royal and RoyalBlue - Of course we won't be featured match tomorrow! But things looking - fingers crossed - good for us. As has already been pointed out we have played all the current top teams (down to 7th place) away from home. Today's result will be a confidence boost too!

No ITV.com says it is Doncaster v Wolves. Incidentally it starts at 9.45 this week

BBC website quotes Alex McLeish describing Reading as -

"They are an efficient side who do the simple things well. They are not a beautiful passing side but they all know what they are doing and they're hard to beat."

I watched the game on TV. Reading were the better side in all departments and controlled nearly all of the game.

If Reading aren't a beautiful passing side it doesn't say much about Birmingham.

It seems to me that there's been lots of nonsense written about Brums strength in depth and this divisions "Two Horse Race" for promotion.

Today was one in the eye for some professional observers who don't know as much about the game as they like to believe.

It's been obvious for sometime that Wolves Reading and Brum are significantly better than the rest and anyone still taking money on these 3 being this seasons promoted teams could well go the same way as MFI and Woolies.

A simply brilliant performance, despite one costly error, which led to a result that is perhaps the most signifacant of the season so far.

Expect some huge bids for Doyle next month and expect the same blinkered members of the press to be gobsmacked when they're all rejected.

After 4 wins on the bounce, I couldn't believe the number of posts in this thread suggesting Coppell should depart from his beloved 4-4-2 dropping Noel Hunt in the process.
It was never going to happen :|

Delighted for Henry who, along with Federici, helped stake the claim that maybe Brum aren't alone in having strength in depth.

I do love it when we win on Saturday lunchtime...............does wonders for the afternoon

Sorry, can't trawl through 13 pages, but no mention on the last two of Fed's great save from Phillips which kept us in the game.

And, as for their goal, I was screaming (at the TV) for Hunt to play the simple ball to Henry. Instead he turned it to the inside where Cisse was overwhelmed. Hardly his fault.
