Given how shit the last few seasons have been, I'm going to savour every bloody minute of this, however long it lasts.

WestYorksRoyal Feel for Araruna on a personal level. Done better than many expected with Yiadom out and may have been well set for a run in a team. But, unless it's minor, you'd assume a new RB is a certainty now and he may have a challenge to get back in.

I fear from his reaction that it's a knee ligament issue. So dreadfully sad for him.

Where did he get 9 minutes from.

I think only two Cardiff players were booked. It should have been four or five.

It took Gomes 12 games to reach this many points with roughly the same squad last season - let that sink in.

You're right. It's incredible that Sean Morrison escaped without one.

Bojo cancelled Christmas 2020 so presumably Swift is out for 15 months

Yes only 43 games to go, the other teams might as well conceded now.

Sean Morrison should get a yellow card just from walking on the pitch.

People creaming themselves that we are top after 3 games, I`m as thrilled as anyone but Christ get a grip.

Hound Players just look a lot more confident this year. Could be Pauno could be Bowen going - or just a bit of momentum

For my money you could put it down to one or more of four factors.

Joao being fit
Laurent giving the midfield balance and steel
Olise adding end product to his game
Paunovic being an improvement on Bowen

I'd argue that's the right order for importance and I doubt the fourth one is even real.

Joao has just been so good that's undeniable, and he was key under Bowen as well.

Laurent was Bowen's signing.

Olise is where he is now because of the games Bowen trusted him with.

Suggesting the new manager’s influenced is either negligible or non existent as his team sits top of the table after 3 games beggars belief.

There’s no shame in being wide of the mark making Championship predictions, less so defending the indefensible.
