CountryRoyal Taking off Meite in this game is absolutely unforgettable

Complete nonsense.

It's his first start since the opening day having featured for 80 minutes in the previous 5 games, it was inevitable he was going to come off tonight.

How in the world has he blown at 5:20 with all that time wasting?

CountryRoyal Lol Ejaria.

Great cross. Definitely the player to save our game.

I also loved the time he took three extra touches and passed to a defender when we were a goal down with 5 minutes left.

Can someone explain to me the point of Hendrick other than Gooding inexplicably mispronouncing his name?

Im glad he did, wouldn’t want to watch any more of that. Completely and utterly outplayed, anything other than 3 points to Swansea would have been daylight robbery. 22% possession, as bad as it gets.

I would say this is as bad as any of the 4-0 games. 11 men behind the ball from the 2nd half kick off.

Very worrying. We have to win on Saturday. If we don't it's not going to look pretty when the World Cup break arrives.

I don't get the tactics. We cannot sit off a team like Swansea. We so rarely press teams. We did v Blackburn and were terrific.

It does look like a relegation battle after all.

Ince has to get the team on the ball more and back to pressing high

Thought Swansea were dull, blunt, unimaginative and downright boring but just with that much possession they’ll likely grind out a goal or two, esp when our defence is always like to concede crap goals like it did tonight and in the last few games

We actually looked dangerous on tbe rare times we got forward

Dunno if it’s a mentality or tactics change or personnel but can’t expect to win points with 20% possession

Its ridiculous, I maintain there are good players in this team. I've seen us play some great stuff. It's just abysmal tactics and management letting us down at the moment sadly.

Why does NGW, who is more of a wing back than Rahman and who has significantly outperformed this season, remain on the bench when its clear we need to pose more of an attacking threat?

We basically can't sit off ANY team.

We are kings of the press and aggressive football. When we do that, we are scary. When we don't we get destroyed.

Either Ince hasn't worked this out or the players just don't want to play like this every game.

Football is a simple but complex game.

We are failing at the simple part before we even get to any of the complexity of how you go about achieving the simple bit.

Someone needs to tell them that when you play football, the point is to score goals and win games. And you can’t do that if you spend 75% of the game without the ball defending within 30 yards of your goal.

This time last year we went 2-0 up against Blackpool. We were in the top 6 briefly. They came back to win 3-2. We slipped alarmingly down the table.

Today we were 2-0 up against Swansea. We were in the top 3 briefly. They came back to win 3-2. Will we now slip down the table alarmingly?

At 1-2 in the second half you could see it was crying out for a change. Why did he wait so long to make those changes? Such piss poor management.

We’ve done ok players, but who is genuinely good?

Ince has faded (understandably), Meite not yet the same since he did his knee - anyone else?

Likes of Holmes and Loum ok at times but genuinely think you need to be realistic on the quality we have
