windermereROYAL Very encouraging to have a manager that isn`t afraid to use his subs and throw the kids into the mix unlike the Ince shit show from last year.

Wasn’t sure I agreed with leaving Carroll on the who looked knackered. That being said I agree much more proactive subs than Ince and Pauno.

Millsy P6L6 (Selles)

I’m really not sure how you can seriously be counting pre-season friendlies in a manager’s record especially one as turbulent and restricted as ours. No one includes them in players/team stats so don’t see how you can judge Selles on it.

Otherwise Bayern Munich would be starting the season on like +40 GD. It’s just nonsensical.

Now we could very well go on to lose next 5 matches (I very much doubt it) but until then what are you losing by being positive and supportive of a young inexperienced manager who seems a genuine likeable guy. Or are you just hoping to get the first “told you so” in, for when he eventually fails, which as in this day and age all eventually do, it’s not really nailing your colours to a mast.

And fyi that nickname won’t take off, for a start there’s no longevity, secondly it’s even harder to write than Selles and thirdly, it doesn’t make sense.

Snowflake Royal Knibbs, Wing and Smith all have some goal pedigree.

Ehib and Aeez need to contribute.

I think the goals will come

Personally, I would give Caylan Vickers a start. I know he’s only 18 but I have been really impressed by him whenever I’ve seen him play.

Also, a different position but I’d like Carson to be given a chance at LB.

Different type of attacker to the two that started. Got between the lines well. Think we need to ease him in though and Ehib, for some of his basic mishaps, contributed well to a good team performance (first 30 anyway) with his energy and endeavour high up the park

NGW was fine IMO. A natural goalscorer and he’d have had 1/2 assists to his name. A couple of wicked crosses into the box

Did you apply for that ULEZ discount?

Think I'd rather Parky came back than Ruben
