Would he fail on proof of funding? Seen rumours that his net worth is about £30m, could take out a loan out for that amount and for all we know there might be £20m in shares sat about somewhere. For the record, I don't think he will end up with it, just a theory.

So from what I've heard the reason the statement was put out last night was because the club was worried the article was a breach in the NDA. The deal is still on and all relevant bodies are still in contact with the EFL. The statement was just to placate the EFL new rules

That sounds like nonsense.

The club wasn't responsible for the article or rumours, Storey was. Nothing the club says changes anything other than to make either them or Storey look like a liar. It's not for the club to issue a statement about that.

He sounds like a politician avoiding answering a straight question. He sounds fairly business savvy tbf and more intelligent than I was expecting. His vision for the club doesn’t sound bad, albeit a bit unrealistic in terms of getting us back to the Premiership in 3/4 years. It’s a shame he isn’t someone that’s more credible as opposed to a fantasist. Hopefully, this has all now run it’s course.
