Snowflake Royal Bloody annoying for the season you can easily access them on IFollow if it wasn't for Sky.

Especially given our inability to perform on Sky. We'd be top if they'd barely shown a game.

Saves me £10 a game and can watch on a proper tv so I’m more than happy

Have to find a dodgy stream, so I'm less so. £10... shrug.

At least this one is on iFollow and Sky.

Can’t you just buy from now tv?

Probably, but it still means buying services from.SKY which I absolutely refuse to do.

why out of interest?

They're at the root of football's spiralling wage bullshit, money laundering dodgy owners and massive inequality, plus the Premier League's existence.

And they put the national sport behind a paywall.

oxf*rd the pcunts.

Royals and Racers BT Sport extra 6- anyone know how to watch the extra channels ?

You need a subscription so at the very minimum it's £25 for a month sub.

So that's a no from me.

I have BT Sport through SKY system- do BT have a red button to watch extra ?

This is from 6 years ago but I think it still applies?

Never paid Sky a penny, so I doubt it.

Luton cup game is on ESPN+ for anyone in (or appearing to be in) the USA.

https://www.espn.com/watch/schedule/_/type/upcoming/channel/ESPN_PLUS/startDate/20210109

You can get a monthly pass and that will also cover you for any other games that Sky cover in the forthcoming month.

Tried about 10+ links on several sites which would otherwise work on a laptop, but just clicked the first one on the site Ian suggested and it’s working for me on my iPad.

Nice, will check it out. Been watching Chorley v Derby which has been appalling.

Forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere - I am far too old and grumpy to bother with a subject search to trace it.

This was reported in one of the broadsheets recently and makes interesting (ish) reading. Clubs really do benefit from those who pay for their streaming access via iFollow. The way it works is that for every single home fan who pays for a game the home club gets 100% of their subscription - currently £10; the home club also gets the full subscription for the first 500 away fans but the away club gets the rest of them. This leads to the anomaly that a well supported away team could seriously benefit from the Covid situation and the reliance on streaming.

Take a game where the home team has 1000 fans willing to buy iFollow streaming. They make £10000 from their own fans. If they are playing a team with a much bigger support base whose fans buy 2500 subscriptions then the home team gets the first 500 (=£5000) and hence their income totals £15000. The away club gets the remaining 2000 subscriptions and so earns £20000 for a game they wouldn't have got a penny for in ticket money under normal times.

Several smaller clubs have shown examples of this and the actual numbers are more diverse, with big away support making real differences to incomes.

IT does seem odd, although it’s balanced out by the fact that the better supported sides will be missing out on a lot more ticket revenue than smaller clubs. 20,000 fans not able to go to games leaves you worse off than 5000 not able to go....

@ReadingFC

And, while we're rearranging fixtures, it has also been agreed between the clubs that our home game against
Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday 2nd March is going to kick off at 7.45pm rather than 8pm.

This match will still be part of Sky Sports' red button service that week.
