Snowball CAN'T POSSIBLY MAKE THE PLAY-OFFS.

The list has confirmed it's completely impossible.

Come on, we can't can we? Our form has been mediocre all season. we make too many mistakes. There's a lot to build on for next season, but we need to replace the latest bunch that leave, i.e. Long, Kebe...

This warrants a new thread...

Can make them, Won't make them.

Tamworth_Royal Big up to Slammed and Schards in the "vettle" My P2P chat room . Everton fans more or less clapped us of the text in there LOL

Summary please.

You had to be there. It was comedy gold.

I clearly missed out. You made such an impression that you were pretty much applauded off the chat?

That is quite incredible sportsmanship from the Everton fans. I really can;t see any Reading fans doing that, and although I did stay behind to see the Wigan promotion celebrations, there was little applause..

I remember us doing the same for Cheltenham when they visited Elm Park in something like 96 (guess).

I have been over at the Guardian posting on the match thread there, with mostly Everton fans. I complimented them on their class giving us the round of applause they did after it was over. And I got a message in reply to relay from an Everton fan...

we try our best, but/and at moments like this it's difficult/easy. Wasn't there tonight, but remember Reading from their stint in the Premiership. Everton aren't the only club with class.

Just felt like passing it along... 8)

RobRoyal
Row Z Royal Sounds like McCarthy was probably MOTM on the radio.

He was very good but actually only had to make one difficult save (which he did, superbly).

Remarkable they didn't work him more, full credit to our aged, slow, useless back four :D

One difficult very quick and highlight reel save. And one good punch on a corner that I couldn't even see. Was surprised to see the back 4 do so well as the first 15 had me thinking we'd get skinned.

Good performance and MoM I think goes to Mills and/or Ledge. I hope we hang on to the latter.

Oh to the contrary the problem is we *can*..... NEARLY.

If we were blatantly too bad that's fine but the problem is we're not. We're just 7.5million short of being definite playoff/autopro certainties. As it stands though we are *nearly* there and we *may* make it.

Welcome to Madejski's financially wise Reading NC.

Cheers for that!

It's set to private and not viewable for now, which I assume will no longer be the case once exclusivity rights expire, but anyway here's the highlights package on the FA Cup Y'allTube channel

Clocks in @ 4:34, and I bet it proves well worth waiting for arf arf; check back from time to time
