NO it doesn't happen !!!
I have kept my old sony windoze laptop from the wastebin purely to watch games on...
what mac do you have if it is intel you can put windows xp on it.
or if you are a glutten for punishment you can install virtual PC on your older proccessor mac
I decided against bothering with virtual pc cos i have my old pc anyway..but that would have been the only option , otherwise.
