Ideally we need someone better than N Hunt, so N Hunt becomes the variety off the bench. That would make Reading very strong. £1.3million for Lita would be excellent i must say.


After Saturdays performance that someone could be Jason Scotland. No youngster I know, but a superb example of a lone striker who can hold the ball up and develop the play. He worried the life out of Duberry and Ingimarsson, a constant threat and took his goal well. I see no reason why he would not fit in to our 4-4-2, our 20 to 30 yarders pinged at him would stick and he would be a great foil for Doyle.
OK might be a bad idea but the alliteration was clever!

Read it again.

He clearly says he can see him fitting into our style of play even though it was as a lone forward that he impressed.

That's because there isn't any; there is a rhyme though (foil and Doyle), which is not quite the same thing!
