Someone should also try and get in on the BBC website..... and maybe Sky's too.

Am at a birthday thing in Salisbury tonight, but feel chuffed for you lot. Keep up the good work!

Trying to find somewhere to upload this without it resizing. It is just over 2.5MB so anyone have any ideas?

Uke Also you need something to tie the event together rather than just a load of randoms turning up and milling

How about getting some kind of PA as a focus and STAR to lead the event?

'Greed.

I think Dirk should take the reins seeing as he seems to be involved with STAR already.

Does our publicity shy chairman know about this?

Can we get messages of support from him, the players, etc?

The club are definitely aware of it. I emailed them last night about it. Jackie Evans also knows about it.

readingbedding Good luck with all this, but someone who is close to SC well and knows myself also has said that he is 'extremely tired, and may need a break.'

But with all this, then on the beach with a beer, perhaps re-charge and things can change.

Good luck - i think he is probably one of the best managers around, and it's vital for us that he stays.

It doesn't have to be the same role though does it? He can always talk about how he can stay involved - like Maurice Evans did?

If you don't mind me saying so at this point, I think "Save our Steve" is the wrong message. Save him from who/what, as everyone in RFC wants him to stay as well.

I think it needs to be something appealing to him to stay rather than to save him.

How about playing "Please Don't Go" by KWS for the duration of the vigil?

It fits the traditional SOS acronym but I agree. Perhaps just

Don't Leave Steve!

From what I heard on Sunday evening...It's a break from football I took it to be.
He's knackered from the efforts of the last three years,
But, this would give anyone a boost...
