West Stand Flash Shows how McDonut is already desperate - 'The supprters are vital'. Not they aren't. The eleven players on the field are vital. The only reason a huge backlash hasn't been faced by the club is because Reading fans are too pathetic to care, they just take what they get given.

C'mon Barnsley.

Seriously, everyone's pissed off about the situation we're in, but to say shit like that is just retarded.

You're a shit wind-up merchant, and just a general pcunt of a person.

strap brought common sense, honesty and a workmanlike attitude to the club, and as long as league results improve to match the FAC exploits, (and I see little reason why that's not possible), I reckon he should keep us up this season. After the Bodgers' pathetic attempt at football management, a steady hand with a sensible philosophy is probably the best approach for the rest of the season.

So do you still see"little reason" to suggest this is won't happen!!!!

A proper experienced manager would of been a sensible approach.

I agree 100% and said exactly that at the time of the Bodgers' appointment. I should have added at the end of the sentence you quote "is probably the best approach for the rest of the season, given Mr Mad's penny pinching, cloth cutting, hair shirt mentality." Apologies for confusing you so utterly.

But not much more of a guarantee of anything. Lots of inexperienced managers make great starts to their careers, lots of 'experienced' managers get teams relegated. It's a lottery and I'm not sure anyone has come up with a way of spotting which manager is actually going to do the business at any given club.

The experience of having an inexperienced manager at a time when experience is needed is an experience I'd not like to experience again for a while, not at least until I had further experience of the experiential experience/inexperience experience.

If you get my drift.

That strikes me as someone who at very leasts reads HNA? and has sneaked a couple of cheeky references in about two of our favourite journalistic errors.

Other than that, I thought it was a pretty fair assessment.

Where does he refer to Kevin Harper? It says James Harper in the article.

Whilst part of his post is ridiculous, how does a football related opinion from a paying customer make him a " pcunt of a person"?

I think the general point about reading fans being too pathetic to care is a good point, cardiff were protesting at risdale yesterday despite being 3rd or whatever it was, lazio at lotito last week, rangers at donald muir, united at the glazers, etc all are sets of fans who live and breathe their clubs and won't be spoon fed crap by the hierarchy's. Reading have have been treated appallingly the last few seasons and have not voiced this with the clubs board, hence the belief they can continue to treat us badly.

Wanting barnsley to win however is just poor.
