How many offside calls were there after Church went off?

Snowball If he plays at Stevenage (which I think he may) he'll probably score.

Which shows how much you know; he has already played for Hereford in the FA Cup this season. (That means, in case you were unaware, that he is ineligible to play for us in the FA Cup this season...................)

I thought Manset gives us something very different with his power and physical presence; he showed some good touches, won most things in the air and though is clearly not match fit for Championship level football at the moment, that will improve over time.

A very positive signing IMHO.

Pearcey, what did Church DO in the 62 minutes he was on?

I thought he was unlucky ONCE where maybe he wasn't offside
and he won a single flick on, chased one long ball.

He really wasn't on his game.

One concern regarding Mathieu - why all the strapping around his left knee?

Looking at photos of his time at Hereford, he seems to wear it a lot of the time. Yesterday during the warmup, he adjusted it several times.

What service did he have? What chances did he have? He linked up ok with Long and McAnuff in my view.
Apart from Jobi in the first half none of our attacking players really created much.
With Church he thrives on running onto the sort of passes Siggy would make(and with Wales from Aaron Ramsey). He's not getting that sort of service now.

Let's be honest. Hereford entered the FA Cup in the first round. It is unlikely that they kept their best striker out of the squad just in case he was transferred in the Jan window. So, the probability was that he was cup tied. Do the stats.

That's the problem. He's so absorbed in his stats that he fails to see the bleeding obvious!

paultheroyal I would be gutted if Antonio is shipped out on loan. For me he is ahead of Robson Kanu and offers far more what with his pace, trickery and long throw. He seems to make the bench for away matches but does not get a look in at home.

Really hope he is involved in the cup match on Saturday.

kanu played better yesterday than ive seen antonio play.
theyre both good

Short memory, Brendy, but agreed they're both good.

He wasn't getting the service as sadly his runs were bloody awful yesterday. On more than one occasion he came short just as a player was making the sort of pass he, as you say, likes to run on to and then vice versa making a run for a ball after he's shown for it to his feet.

He also seemed to lose the ball in flight on more than one occasion which left him spinning like a ballerina trying to locate it as it whizzed by him, it was painful to watch at times. It really wasn't a good performance from a player who clearly has talent but is going backwards at a rate of knots.

I like Churchy, but I really don't think he had a good game at all yesterday. Didn't seem to be able to read the game.

Manset did ok. It' SOOOOOOOOOOO refreshing to have a target-esque striker so give us a different option. Absolutely fantastic and I hope he will go from strength to strength. And buying him must be a bit of an embarrassing kick in the teeth for those of us who harped on about us not needing such a striker.

Just gunna throw this one out there, and I don't even care if it comes back to bite me, what a terrible signing! people say he's a good prospect but his scoring record is less than average for Hereford! Plus we have young strikers such as Long and Church, why do we need another.

You call 13 goals in 16 games poor?
