Not a wind up, To be honest would a 6 year old be more safe there than a park etc? The club would have the details of everyone in there.

They did stay by my side for the half time pint.

I wouldn't let my 6 yr old play in a park on her own either. Simples.

Did you enjoy your pint?

Not really, the moment had been tainted slightly by thinking up ways to explain to Mrs WB how I managed to lose the kids.

You drank a pint before you went to find them?

No, but my mind was still racing.

The staff are mentally slow though.

She lterally would go. pour one drink, come back, check the order, go and pour next drink, come back check order again, go and get third drink and so on.

This was the order in front, not my order. I did not have three pints.

You could just tell her that it wasn't a real issue due to the club having details of everyone in there, huh? Forward thinking and all that...

It's alright love, the club have everybody's details. They'll definitely know who abducted and murdered her.

Why are you still angry?

tbf the bar staff are shit - when i took my boys to the Swansea game, they wanted a fanta.....the foreign matey (looked eastern european) poured one that was flat and clear and just stood there smiling.

"Err thats not fanta, m8"
"yes - fanta" [pointing at drink]
"Its not m8, looks like water"
"fanta"
[starts to serve bloke behind]
"Fanta is orange, thats not fanta"
So he pours another - same again
"Are you having a laugh now? - that's not fanta"
"Yes fanta" [pointing again]

In the end i asked the bloke on the next till if he could pour me a fanta - turns out he was pouring sprite :|

This could be avoided if they put up a colour chart of soft drinks..
Fanta - (orange square)
Coke - (black square)
Pepsi - (just give them a coke)
Sprite - (clear square)
Diet Coke - (just give them a coke)
etc.

The two things football fans want most is easy access to a pint and halftime/fulltime scores ............... the two things RFC is completely incapable of providing. Absolute joke of a club

And in people not being able to get beer, the club are the ones losing profit. I thought they were supposed to be businesses now :|

Is it possible to manage queues at the Madstad or are you not allowed to. The queue for tickets and atm just rods out in a straight line out into the car park. Cuts of the whole pedestrianized bit and the road. Either snake it round or at least put it ay 45 degrees. Wish they'd do the same in the concourse. JUst paint some great big lines at an 45 degree angle from the bar. They won't be happy until there's a stampede...I blame Tony Blair

first game of the seasons always bad- all the new staff.

we had to wait ages for 1 cider 1 lager, and the bloke was at the back pouring pint after pint with half pint heads, looking bemused, and doing it again, before scooping out the foam and trying again, literally pouring money down th edrain.then after ten minutes he gives me a lager, and i say-theres a cider with that order. he goes away for another 5 minutes and comes back with it, but tries to charge me again. i explained i gave you a twenty for two baguettes and two pints, and you gave me 5 quid change, but he wouldnt hand it over till he got a manager to come over. was literally 20 minutes at the bar

In a sense of letting her go off down the park on her own? No chance.

@Ouroborus

Who, moi angry? Oh yeah, teeth showing, foaming at the mouth..grrrr..

As for the queue's for getting a drink at the Mad stad, always hated it. Most have the same idea, get to the bar 5-10mins before half time. Staff are slow in there, even after they prepare the drinks before the mad rush.

I would not let her go to a park on her own.

But out of a choice of two scenarios where I was out of line of sight but only 15 meters away, It would feel she would be safer in the mad stad than the park.
