No Fixed Abode Just seen someone say on facebook.

"Takeover complete, not buy EVERYONE".

Surely this goes against your principles as Reading fans who don't want to 'buy' success.

Wahey, this new meme of yours should get quite a runout over the summer m9

On the TSI front I'd just like to say

Ups and Downs I'm struggling to think of a hilarious Russian themed nickname, akin to Chelski, that we can now apply to Reading. Anyone got any good ones?

I seriously doubt that we will be spending £78M on some egotistical, jumped up little phlem, with a massive 2 goals in a 27 game international career.

Thats just not the Reading way.

The best thing about this piece of news is that, given the level of scrutiny which the PL placed before ratifying the deal, we know that TSI are genuinely have the money to take us forward. Perhaps now the usual doom merchants will start to look forward with optimism rather than anxiety.

Exciting times ahead for Reading Football Club.

Basingstoke-Royal Now lets go and sign Siggy 8)

I'm still holding onto this but then i also think we can still win when losing 3-0 and it's the 90th minute with 1 min of added on time.

If I were a Swansea fan I'd be worried at the moment re the Sig. I still don't think we'll get him but they must have more than a shred of doubt that he'll sign for them seeing that Brendan will probably talk to Liverpool and we finally have our new owners.

Oh and re the lack of fanfair re the takeover on the OS - Probably keeping it low key to try and avoid, as much as possible, inflated prices in the transfer market.
