According to Football365 stats Hunt has scored 8 league goals and 2 Cup goals giving a total of 10, 3 of which were penalties!
Try and work that one out

From BBC Sport football preview

Reading v Coventry
Venue: Madejski Stadium Date: Monday, 1 December Kick-off: 2000 GMT
Coverage: Live commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live sports extra; Score updates on BBC Radio 5 Live & BBC Sport website

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reading defender Michael Duberry is set to replace the suspended Andre Bikey.

Sam Sodje remains doubtful with a knee injury, while striker Dave Mooney (ankle) is unlikely to be involved.

Bugger I was expecting Sodje and Mooney to be involved as they always are.

That was Reading's cue to take control of the game. Moments after Stephen Hunt had stabbed wide from close range, James Harper cut a clever ball back from the by-line and Kalifa Cissé arrived at the edge of the box to bang it beneath Keiren Westwood and into the net. (The Guardian).

After ITV1's News at 10 there's a short regional news programme. The Thames Valley version after the Coventry game showed a caption with the score Reading 2 Coventry City 1. Now the caption having the wrong scoreline is by no means unusual but on this occasion the presenter also said that the final score was 2-1.

A few years ago, that programme would normally contain action from a midweek home game, at least from the first half. Not only is there now no action from any midweek game, they're regularly unable to get the score right from a match that finishes 45 minutes before the regional section of the programme starts.

Thames Valley Tonight claimed it was Rosenior.

Does anyone actually watch the games?

Ollie Holt in being nice to Reading shock!

This morning's "Sunday Supplement" had Oliver Hold preface complimentary comments about Reading and Steve Coppell with "Much as I hate to say it .... "

When asked why he hated saying it, he replied to the effect that "Well Reading have never been my favourite club...."

Observer yesterday had Kebe down as a defender. He can't tackle, mark or head the ball, so why they would think he was a defender, I don't know, particuarly seeing as we had a back four who have all played in the Premier League for a season or more...

And it's only fair to report that after the Blackpool game, the Thames Valley regional news programme showed action from the game, even the late penalty save. And got the result right. Well done, if you're reading. (And the red card shows up as a nailed on decision, by the way.)

I heard that.

Ivar Ingimarsson scored for us last night, but it was pronounced "Eye-vah" instead of "Ee-var". Our own announcer, shameful.

Right now the Guardian match report for the Norwich game has
"Chris Federici deputised in the Reading goal for Marcus Hahnemann"...
