That's the sort of thing that could cause a case to collapse

Plod can be complete numpties at times

I normally only drink and drive at the weekend but now plan to follow the example of my role model Kitson and do it on weekdays as well.

papereyes I thought Kitson wasn't going to be playing.

:?

That was the rumour I'd heard, was aobviously false, wouldn't have been a bad thing had he not though! His worst performance in years!

Makes you wonder about the veracity of rumours, though, doesn't it?

Give one example of where that sort of thing has led to a case collapsing!

I can't think of any circumstances whatsoever whereby merely revealing that someone has been arrested/charged would lead to the case collapsing.

Did someone say he refused blood test?

You only give blood test if breath test at station is between 40 and 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. If you refuse breath test at station then its an instant charge and a day at court.

It said that he could face up to 3 months in jail if guilty. What would be the longest jail term if he did a breath test and he tested positive?

Diddyroyal Kits did not travel up with the squad today, he was in the crispin in harwell til 11:15, looking pretty pissed off, signed some autographs, suited and booted, god knows whats going on there....?

That is interesting Murty has just said that Kitson went up on the team coach on friday and was with the team all day, evening and Saturday.

Methinks DiddyRoyal was confused by a doppell ganger.

Kits is now a major doubt for tomorrow's game. Knee problem apparently - or is it by any chance related? Hhmmmm.

He did pick up a injury last week. Coppell wouldn't drop him cause of that (court). He is our best player.

Funny though how the problem has only just been mentioned after the court case. Nothing about it in yesterday's press conference. I don't, though, think that Copps is dropping him - it may be Kits' frame of mind that's the problem. His game at Villa would tend to suggest this.

It was on the radio this morning.

I'd have guess that they heard that news yesterday, but that might not be the case.

It goes to show how we could still do with another centre forward though.

He'll better not start Long. He is poor from starting 11 & doesn't hold the ball up well at all.
At least Lita has some sort of body strength & this is one of his strengths.

IMHO Lita looked OK against Spurs and worked by and large without support.

I would rather Kits play but Lita has scored against Man U and I think he might just cause Ferdi a problem or two.
