After Saturday we will have 9 games left - 6 of those are AWAY

I think we definitely need to win the next two games to stand any chance of automatic

Given over the past 5 games, we manged to take 1 pt and score 0 goals at home yet 4pts and 4 goals away - that's probably not a bad thing....

All change tomorrow, big win (has to be) and then a win Saturday

Stranded
It doesn't have to be - Charlton could be a very dangerous animal tomorrow - ex Reading player in charge and they are pretty much at that stage where they have nothing left to lose and no pressure on them.
If we score first and early then I anticipate the big win, if not it could be another very nervy night.

Mr Angry GD isn't going to be the issue - points will be; ANY win tonight will be welcome. Clearly, a convincing win will be invaluable for confidence, but the single most vital thing tonight is any sort of win.

Agree winning is crucial, but say we average 2 points a game, winning 1-0s and drawing 0-0 or 1-1 and get one bad defeat, say 3-0
11 games W6 (all 1-0) D4 (1-1, 1-1, 0-0, 0-0,) L1 (3-0) +3 GD final points 85, (F70 A37) GD 33
Cardiff win their game in hand 2-0 (GD = 21) They W6 (all 2-0) D5 (all 1-1) (F68 A35) GD 33
We would be absolutely equal on games, points, Goal Difference... with those not-exceptional results we would scrape home on goals scored.

NOT LOSING at home to Birmingham, Sheffield United and Bristol will also be important
results because they deny these teams the chance or outside chance of catching us

But even if you use the stats of the season so far Swansea should come home above Bristol
Worse-case scenario I'd see Swansea 2 points clear of Bristol. I actually think the gap will be a lot more
62-66 Bristol

Snowball All I know is Bristol WON'T make the play-offs
