will have to say a 0-2 defeat. As much as I want to be more optimistic.

pea Haven't seen anywhere else to put this but how about this for a team: (I know it won't happen but fun to speculate)

-----------------Federici------------------
-McAnuff--Griffin---Mills----Williams---
-Kebe----Karacan---Howard---Sigurdsson
------------Hunt---Church----------------

I think that has a bit of everything

Well I know which side I'd attack on if I were the Forest manager ....

Billy Davies has to be the most awful football manager in the history of the game. His sides do not play football and do everything they can to turn each game into a borefest. I fully expect him to have his side line up to avoid defeat and to waste as much ime as possible. I predict a tedius 0-0 snore draw.

My rationale for that back line is that Forest don't exactly have great wide players in midfield, the threat is likely to come from Mckenna and Majewski putting Earnshaw through the middle so we could do with some pace at the back and we could probably afford to play someone out of position at full back if we needed to.

Just had a text from the club suggesting that Bryn will once again be filling in at CB. I predict, therefore, that I shall be finding something else to do tomorrow afternoon rather than head for the MadStad.

the inclusion of a player you dont like is enough to stop you going to the game?

What about Paul Anderson their left winger? Went to the City Ground last season and he raped Griffin EVERY time for pace! The sad thing is that...Griffin is pretty much our quickest defender!

A day passes and you make a prediction...

Sorry m8 but I think you are wrong there.
If anything I think they overplay the passing game but at times last season and in the first 20 minutes against Leeds the other day they can be electric.
I have backed the game producing more than 2 goals at evens but am worried that most of the goals will come from Forest.

I've just had some bets on the game. All for small stakes and just for a bit of fun :D ...
Forest to lead at half time and Reading to win - £2 at 25/1
Forest to lead 1-0 at half time and Reading to win 2-1 - £1 at 45/1
Kebe to score and Reading to win 2-1 - £1 at 25/1

So, if forest are 1-0 up at half time and we win 2-1 with Kebe scoring, my £4 returns £124 and I'll be off out for the night :D

'Reading striker Shane Long has declared himself fit to return to action following a bruised hip.
Brynjar Gunnarsson may have to fill in at centre-back again because Matt Mills is still nursing the ankle injury he suffered on the opening day.
Nottingham Forest are without defender Chris Gunter, who is suspended after being charged with violent conduct for a stamp in the draw with Leeds. Luke Chambers and Brendan Moloney are both vying to replace him.
'

Some good and bad news here. Glad Gunter's not playing. But also, yay Long is back. :?

1-0 will do, that way we only have to listen to Jump Around once.

2-2.
Pearce and Mills won't be able to cope with Earnshaw and Blackstock.
Bertrand won't be able to cope with Jimmy Boubou.
