I hate to join in the popular pastime of criticising Long but those chances he has missed might prove as costly as the one he missed at Bristol City.

listening to commentary, Burnley sound like they are as dirty a side as ever
Probably one of the nastiest sides to visit the Madstad

I guess that's why they are 0-1 down right now. It's about time the refs punished the dirty teams and the clean teams get a slice of luck.

Don't remember seeing anything nasty from them in the last few years tbf. Given us some comedy moments.

What about Alistair Campbell?

Extremely nasty and at times comical!

HT 1-0 to the Royals.
That's a really good scoreline, to be fair to the lads. Prior to this game, Burnley had played 6. Won 5, drawn 1. Scored 15 and conceded only 3 goals.

Let's get at them in the 2nd half and make sure we keep that clean sheet.

URZ!

At the game. I'd be suprised if we held on to this. Also if both teams finish with 11. Mills got a kick from their 9 (Iwelumo?) and might seek revenge...

It's going to be a really tough 2nd half.

this was never going to be easy.
along with QPR and Cardiff away, probably the most difficult away game of the season.
I thought we were in for a 3-0 pounding prior to the match.

The fact that we are 1-0 up at HT is testament to a gritty performance. No doubt we need to win this one to stop a potential free fall we may go into over the coming games.

That was against Everton in the next game wasn't it? Doyle didn't even play in that game.
