royal_ross Don't start having a go at the North Stand, I've moved there from the West and it was VERY noisy Saturday.

roadrunnerMatt de K (Don't know if this has been mentioned anywhere else yet - I did have a quick look) So, I can't ever remember a proper celebration in front of the East Stand EVER. Always remember scorers running every time to the West.
Where on earth have you been? I can recount numerous occasions a Reading player and away players have celebrated in front of the East Stand (Y25/26).
SLAMMED Maybe Matt's only ever been to one game.

oldebiscuit Simon ran to the East Stand after scoring because thats where his momentum took him. He was heading in an easterly direction, coming in from the West when he scored. I think that is generally what determines where a player celebrates his goal. There are exceptions, mostly away team scorers that have received 'The Bird' during the game, making their point.

floyd__streete I cannot contain my surprise that Simon Church of all people wouldn't have chosen to Go West.

SLAMMED Pretty sure this isn't classed as "coming in from the west"
