Franchise FC
PEARCEY I don't see why any points deduction should take effect next season. Its teams in the Championship that have been affected by Faurlin playing for QPR against them. Besides why would the FA be warning the play-off contenders about any delay to the play-offs.

The warning is sensible 'just in case' it's needed.

I agree which is why any points deduction will take effect this season and not next.

Relegation to league one plus an enforced change of there home shirt(blue and white hoops)so reading football club cant be confused with cheating feckers.

Just enough points to drop them into the play offs so we get to play them home and away again. League enforce the rules so we cannot play Leigertwood. We get hammered. Hob Nob goes into meltdown. You heard it here first

Maguire I'm not sure a poll was appropriate in this instance.

I'd say this is one of the most even polls ever on Hobnob.

Royal Lady On the subject of an appeal - who do QPR appeal to? The same panel of people who set the decision in the first place? :|

I'd guess either a different panel, or direct to the FA top dog.

I am going to be even more gutted about the Sheff utd and Coventry dropped points if they get a 10 point deduction and we could have been on the verge of second place by default.

The word is it will not be a fine as for mega-rich owners this is no deterrent for breaking the rules.

If it means Cardiff getting auto promotion then I hope QPR get away scot free.

My gut feeling though is that the FA will punish them quite heavily and drop them into the Play-offs.

I hope Swansea take third place and therefore steal second.

Dont know if the 'The Rules' allow it but how about, if QPR are found guilty, they are just not promoted. No fine, no relegation to a lower league, no points deduction just not promoted.

The other team with auto promotion, Norwich, go up as normal, the teams in the playoff spots play, as usual, for a place in the Permiership.

The relegation from the Premiership would be just two clubs instead of the normal three.

No playoff chaos in the Championship, the only team 'hurt' would be the guilty club, and one current Premiership team would get a Brucey Bonus.

Simples?

NOT GUILTY, in the worst miscarriage of justice since Tom Robinson was sentenced to death for raping Mayella Ewell.

I believe the highest football court in the land, a panel of football league mascots.

Schards#2
Svlad Cjelli What if they're found "not guilty"?

I suspect there won't be any punishment.

As QPR play in blue and white "hoops"
and as Premiership teams are expecting
a blue and white hooped team next year,
I think...

IF found guilty of the false documents relegation or refused promotion.

If not found guilty of that, 15-18 points

We still wouldn't be able to go ahead with the playoffs due to the fact that QPR would appeal..........
