Yeah it's a shame fanzines aren't so widely available these days. Whenever I go to away games I always try and pick up the local zines to get an independent feel of the Club I'm visiting. I'd certainly love to see the Whiff come back.

Last time I spoke to a Whiffer about this it was a definate NO. Shame, but who knows later in the season.

If anyone's up for getting a fanzine started I'd be up for contributing some of the writing. I'm a music journalism student by trade, but I'm sure I could write some stuff about Reading. Also have a half decent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, so could help with some of the page layout and shizzle. Could be pretty fun to do, plus anything I can get published in any format is always good for me :D Also I've managed to organize interviews with what I would consider to be pretty big band's in the past and couldn't imagine it being any more difficult to sort out interviews with Reading players/management. So if anyone is on it and wants a helping hand feel free to give me a shout.

Still working on plans to get The Tilehurst End mobile and in some sort of downloadable format. The move to our new blog network should see some movement in that regard in the next couple of months.

If I'm honest the writing and distribution bit would be the bit I would find easiest, it's the layout and actual bloody printing and binding of the thing I would struggle with. You have a PM.

I'd also be interested in contributing. I am a journalism graduate and have written on the club for most local papers (mostly on placements though)
